Background knowledge
Over 14 million people are diagnosed with cancer, and 15,270 of those people are children. About 1,790 kids pass away with cancer because they chemo didn't help or they didn't have enough money for chemo. That is why we made this website. The money will all go to Cancer Wellness Center. Through supportive care and education, the Cancer Wellness Center seeks to improve the emotional and physical well-being of people affected by cancer.
Why we did this
The reason we made this website was that when we were assigned to do a project about something that interested you. We first thought about everyone with cancer and then someone gave us the idea to do it about childhood cancer.
